特定在留カード等の手続きについて

　２０２６年６月１４日から、在留カードとマイナンバーカードが一体化した「特定在留カード」、または特別永住者証明書とマイナンバーカードが一体化した「特定特別永住者証明書」が利用できる制度が始まりました。一体化を希望する方は「特定在留カード」「特定特別永住者証明書」の交付を申請することができます。なお、一体化は任意です。

　一体化することにより、在留期間の更新とマイナンバーカードの更新手続きが一度で済むなどのメリットがあります。

特定在留カード等とは

・特定在留カード
　マイナンバーカードとしての機能を付加するための措置が講じられた在留カードをいいます。
・特定特別永住者証明書
　マイナンバーカードとしての機能を付加するための措置が講じられた特別永住者証明書をいいます。

特定在留カード等の交付申請

特定在留カード等の交付申請は、地方出入国在留管理局または役場窓口（本庁・支所）で行うことができ、次に掲げる手続に併せて行うことが可能です。

特定在留カードの交付申請

〇地方出入国在留管理局
　在留期間更新許可申請
　在留資格変更許可申請（引き続き中長期在留者に該当する場合に限る。）
　永住許可申請
　在留カードの有効期間の更新許可申請
　汚損等による在留カードの再交付申請
　交換希望による在留カードの再交付申請
　住居地以外の在留カード記載事項の変更届出

　〇役場窓口（本庁・支所）
　新規上陸後の住居地届出
　住居地の変更届出
　在留資格変更等に伴う住居地の届出

特定特別永住者証明書の交付申請は、役場窓口（本庁・支所）にて行います。

※ 特定特別永住者証明書の交付申請については、本庁・支所問わず、必ず顔写真を持参してください。

Now Available：Specified residence card A Specified residence card combines the functions of a Residence card and a My Number card.

You can apply for a specified residence card.　(Obtaining a Specified residence card is optional)

If you have a specified residence card, you can complete the procedures for immigration and My Number card at the same time. In most cases, you will no longer need to visit both a regional immigration services bureau and your municipal
office.

You can apply for a specified residence card while you do the one of the procedures below.
At a regional immigration services bureau
・Application to extend the period of stay
・Application to change the status of residence
・Application for permanent residence
・Application to extend the valid period of the residence card
・Application for reissuance of a residence card due to damage or soiling, etc
・Application for exchange of a residence card
・Notification of Change of an Entry Other than the Place of Residence

At your municipal office
・Notification of the Place of Residence After Newly Landing in Japan
・Notification of a Change of Place of Residence
・Notification of the Place of Residence After a Change in the Status of Residence and Other Related Matters
